GMC Gas offers professional landlord gas safety checks and certificates to keep your property compliant and your tenants safe. We will inspect all gas appliances, flues, and pipes in your properties and ensure they are safe and functioning as they should.
Once completed, you will receive a Gas Safety Certificate as proof of compliance with legal obligations.
These checks must be carried out every 12 months and you must provide your tenants with a copy of the certificate within 28 days of the checks being carried out.
Failure to comply with these regulations can result in fines, legal action, or invalidation of your landlord insurance.
