As a landlord, you are legally required to ensure the safety of gas appliances and installations in your properties.

GMC Gas offers professional landlord gas safety checks and certificates to keep your property compliant and your tenants safe. We will inspect all gas appliances, flues, and pipes in your properties and ensure they are safe and functioning as they should.

Once completed, you will receive a Gas Safety Certificate as proof of compliance with legal obligations.

These checks must be carried out every 12 months and you must provide your tenants with a copy of the certificate within 28 days of the checks being carried out.

Failure to comply with these regulations can result in fines, legal action, or invalidation of your landlord insurance.

I was also pleased to be treated fairly and professionally, without feeling that I was being charged more simply because I am Asian. The gentlemen were friendly, polite, and highly efficient.

Their quotation was also highly transparent, with all the important details clearly written down, including the warranty, materials, and brands being used. A lot of companies only provide vague information and a price, then ask for additional money once the work is underway. This company, on the contrary, had none of these problems. Everything was clear from the beginning, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service.
