This is my fourth boiler service with GMC Gas Services and can honestly say it’s the best customer services I have ever received from any company. Prompt appointment, arrive on time, no nonsense, straight forward explanation of what they’re doing and above all…honest and respectful! No trying to upsell or pretence of things being bigger than they are. Best of all… fabulously competitive prices. Would absolutely recommend based on my experience of them. GMC gas services replaced our old boiler which had stopped working. They came on Friday and boiler was fitted on Monday. We as so grateful they did the work so quickly as the weather had taken a turn for the worse with the cold. Eammon who fitted the boiler was excellant, friendly and took the time to explain it all to us. Dianne on the phone was lovely too as well

We had Simon from GMC Gas out today to fix a persistent knocking noise coming from our heating system. GMC had previously quickly identified the issue as aging radiator valves and explained the necessary remedial work clearly before replacing them all.

​Simon was polite, professional, efficient, and left the place spotless. There was absolutely no mess left behind.

​We’ve been loyal customers for a few years now.

After extensive research comparing suppliers across Scotland, we originally chose GMC to upgrade and replace our old boiler with a BAXI and Hive system. Reassuringly they walked us through all options so we could make an informed choice.

From initial communication to installation, their work was flawless.

Naturally, we’ve relied on them every year since for our annual servicing.
