I was also pleased to be treated fairly and professionally, without feeling that I was being charged more simply because I am Asian. The gentlemen were friendly, polite, and highly efficient.

Their quotation was also highly transparent, with all the important details clearly written down, including the warranty, materials, and brands being used. A lot of companies only provide vague information and a price, then ask for additional money once the work is underway. This company, on the contrary, had none of these problems.
